9. How to get to Kritthai Residence from the airport?/ Does the hotel provide airport shuttle service?
To make a reservation on Kritthai website, full payment by credit card (PayPal) is required. If you prefer paying at check-in, please consider booking on other channels which allow so such as www.booking.com. Please note that we do not accept reservations by email or phone.
Unfortunately, all booking channels require valid credit card information.
The hotel strictly applies the maximum occupancy for each type of room. There is no option to pay an extra charge for an extra occupant.
In case you’ve already booked the room, you will be required to book another room for such extra person.
In case no booking has been made yet and the room type which suits your group has been fully booked, please consider booking another room type which accommodates more occupants or more rooms if it’s necessary.
Group rates and monthly rates are available only for certain period of stay. If you’re interested, please send an email to reservations@kritthai.com specifying:
Early check-in and late check-out is available upon our room availability and extra charge, which we unfortunately are unable to guarantee to you until the time that you arrive. However, we are more than happy to store your luggage for free of charge when you arrive the hotel or after check-out. You can then come back to check-in or to pick up your luggage later

o The earliest time to check-in is 5 am.
o Check-in during 5.00 am- 10.00 am: THB 600
o Check-in during 10.00 am- 2.00 pm: free of charge if the room is available
o Late check-out during 12.01 -15.00 pm: 30% of the room rate on that day
o Late check-out during 15.01 -18.00 pm: 50% of the room rate on that day
o Late check-out after 18.01 pm: one night charge (100%) of the room rate on that day
Luggage Storage
Subject to availability of the storage space, Guests can store luggage at the Hotel, at the Guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause.

Buffet breakfast is available from 7 am to 11 am.
Private parking is offered for free of charge 1 spot for each room booked but subject to availability, terms and conditions. Advance reservation is required.
We unfortunately do not provide shuttle service to/from the airport. Depending on what airport you will be arriving, you may take a taxi, limousine or BTS sky train to the hotel. The detailed information regarding each method of transportation is provided below, including the hotel address in Thai language which you might hand over to taxi driver in order to facilitate your communication.
From Suvarnabhumi Airport
You can either take a public transportation (Airport Rail Link & BTS sky trains) or a taxi.
1. Take the Airport Link from Suvarnabhumi Station to Phayathai Station (THB 45 per person; around 30 minutes)
2. Follow the signs from the Airport Link Phayathai Station to the BTS Phayathai Station (less than 2 minutes)
3. Take the BTS from Phayathai Station (to the direction of On-nut) to Siam Station which is an interchange station; and then take the BTS from Siam Station to National Stadium Station (THB 25; 3 stations in total; usually less than 10 minutes including the wait time)
4. At National Stadium station, take the exit no. 1; then turn around and in just a short walk you will see Kritthai Residence.
Tips:
– At Suvarnabhumi Airport, the Airport Link station is located on the B floor. To take a train, you need tokens which can be purchased at an automatic token dispenser provided in the station area. See More.
– There’s a convenient walkway between the Airport Link Phayathai Station and the BTS Phayathai Station.
– To take the BTS, you need a ticket which can be purchased at an automatic ticket machine. The machine, however, accepts only coins. You can change your bills to coins at the ticket counter located near the machines. See More.
– If you plan to travel in Bangkok by BTS, you may consider purchasing, instead of a single journey ticket, a One-Day-Pass ticket or any kind of Smart Pass tickets which provides a lower fare. See More.
– At Suvarnabhumi Airport, taxi stand is located on the 1st floor between Gate 4 and 7. 24 hr service.
– Fare charged according to the distance traveled plus an airport fee of THB 50 for the driver plus tolls.
– Instruction in Thai language for taxi drivers : most taxi drivers in Thailand don’t speak English very well. To make your communication quick and easy, print out the instruction card and give it to the driver.
– Contact the Airport Limousine Service Counter on the 2nd floor. Travel time varies from 40 minutes to 1.30 hrs. depending on the traffic. See More.
From Don Muang Airport
